Ana and Luis Tango on Mendoza

Introduction

We are Ana Gacitua and Luis Nuñez. We are Tango's teachers and also tango's milongas and events planners on Mendoza, Argentina.

We started taking tango’s lessons in 1999. That was the time when we started knowing tango and feeling this great dance in a very special way. When we felt that, we realized that we wanted to improve a lot and analyze every detail of the dance. Later when we felt ready, we participated in tango’s shows and we made a lot of presentations. And all that helped to became in tango’s teachers, what we are now. Since 2003, we teach tango and milonga. Our students can choose between private lessons or lessons in groups. Ana y Luis

These days, we organize a “Milonga”, witch is a place where you can go and dance or watch, at Café Soul in Mendoza. The place is very interesting. When you go you feel like home. This “Milonga” is every Sunday and there is around 150 people who go to enjoy every Sunday.

We are a couple and we teach together. At his moment we have around 100 students, between private lessons and the ones we teach in groups.

We have also participated in competitions in Chile and we have taught tango there too. We have a very good relation with that country. We enjoy the fact of teaching there.
